Once the item ships and is attached to a tracking number Endless Lids is no longer liable, and any inquires, or questions would be between the customer and the United States Post Office.
Any item purchased on sale or at a discounted price can not be exchanged or returned

Orders typically ship within 1-3 working business days.
Working business days are considered Monday-Friday
Most orders ship within 24 Hours.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our main carrier for shipping products locally and international. United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers 6 days a week.
Most USA orders are delivered within 1-10 Business days after shipping out. (not including processing times)
Endless Lids assumes all shipping information was entered correctly at check out. An order acknowledgment gets sent to your email address after every order.
Endless Lids will not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the recipient’s absence at the delivery location, the address being incorrect/incomplete and the courier could not access the delivery location.
Endless Lids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. By shopping with us, you assume the risk of lost or stolen packages. We ship with trackable delivery confirmation on every order. If a package shows as delivered then we would not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Otherwise, the carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
